Chemical Peels

What are Chemical Peels?

Chemical peels are non-surgical, cosmetic treatments used to exfoliate and resurface the skin. They help reduce or eliminate visible signs of ageing, sun damage, uneven skin tone, fine lines, acne, and other skin concerns. Glo Skin Beauty’s professional peel range uses targeted formulations to improve skin health and radiance while supporting cellular renewal and collagen production.

The effects of chemical peels can often be seen immediately, with smoother, brighter skin, but also continue to develop over time as the skin regenerates and collagen is stimulated.

What is a Chemical Peel?

A chemical peel is a controlled solution applied to the skin to remove the top layers, triggering a wound-healing response that leads to skin regeneration. Glo Skin Beauty peels are designed with active ingredients such as alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), enzymes, and retinol to target specific skin concerns.

Depending on the type and strength of the peel used, the depth of penetration can range from superficial to medium depth. Glo Skin Beauty peels are professionally layered and customised for each individual, making them both effective and safe when used correctly.

How it works:

Glo Skin Beauty’s professional peels work by breaking down the bonds between dead skin cells,

promoting exfoliation and encouraging fresh new cells to the surface. This helps with:

  • Brightening dull, tired skin

  • Smoothing fine lines and texture

  • Fading pigmentation and sun spots

  • Clearing congestion and breakouts

  • Stimulating collagen production

  • Balancing uneven skin tone

Regular treatments can improve overall skin function and maintain long-term results,

especially when combined with the recommended at-home skincare.
