Booking, Cancellation & Amendment Policy

 

At MMT Aesthetics, we genuinely value both your time and ours. To keep appointments running smoothly and ensure availability is fair to all clients, we operate a 72-hour cancellation and amendment policy for all appointments.

Booking Fees

A booking fee is required to secure all treatment appointments with MMT Aesthetics. Consultations are payable in full at the time of booking.

If you receive an automated booking fee payment link from our booking system, please complete this promptly. Your appointment is not secured until payment has been received, and unpaid appointments may be released for another client to book.

Your booking fee reserves dedicated appointment time specifically for you and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. Booking fees are non-refundable, except where MMT Aesthetics needs to cancel your appointment, as explained below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

MMT Aesthetics operates a 72-hour cancellation and amendment policy.

 

You can reschedule your appointment online up to 72 hours before your appointment, and we recommend using the online booking system whenever possible. If you need to cancel your appointment completely, please contact MMT Aesthetics directly.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times, provided each change is made at least 72 hours before the appointment. Your existing booking fee will simply transfer to your new appointment.

 

After three reschedules, the original booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to make another appointment.

If you cancel or request to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to book again.

 

As MMT Aesthetics is independently managed alongside a busy treatment diary, we may not always be able to respond to last-minute messages or refill appointments cancelled at short notice. The 72-hour notice period gives us a reasonable opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment without providing notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Following repeated non-attendance, late cancellations or last-minute amendments, full payment in advance may be required to secure future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, there may not be enough time remaining to safely complete your full treatment.

Where possible, we will adapt your appointment to the time available. However, if your treatment can no longer go ahead, this will be treated as a late cancellation and your booking fee will be forfeited.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that MMT Aesthetics needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, your booking fee will be fully transferable to your new appointment.

If you would prefer not to rebook, or a suitable alternative appointment cannot be arranged, your booking fee will be refunded.

This is the only circumstance in which a non-refundable booking fee will be returned.

Fairness to All Clients

We’re incredibly grateful for the relationships we build with our clients, many of whom have been with us for years. However, our cancellation policy is there to protect valuable appointment time and allow us to continue providing the level of care and service you expect from MMT Aesthetics.

For this reason, the policy applies consistently to every client, regardless of how long you have been with us. Keeping the policy the same for everyone is simply the fairest way for us to manage our diary.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with MMT Aesthetics and paying the required booking fee or consultation fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & Amendment Policy.
