Cancellation &
No-Show Policy

At MMT aesthetics , we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, we have a strict 48-hour cancellation/amendment policy which applies to all clients.

FAIRNESS

While we value and build strong relationships with our clients, please understand that these policies are in place to protect our business. Like everyone else, we have bills to pay and mouths to feed. This policy applies equally to all clients, regardless of how long you’ve been with us.

Booking Fees

​

  • A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

  • This fee is strictly non-refundable as it is used to allocate stock and preparation for your treatment, and to safe guard our time.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

​

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • After three reschedules, the booking fee will be forfeited.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be lost.

 

No-Shows & Card Charges

​

  • Our booking system securely stores your card details in line with GDPR.

  • If you do not attend your appointment without notice, 50% of the treatment cost will automatically be charged.

  • If you fail to attend more than once without notice, 100% of the treatment cost will automatically be charged for any future missed appointments.

 

Repeated Cancellations

​

  • If you cancel or reschedule more than three times, you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost upfront for all future bookings.

 

Late Arrivals

​

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to receive their full treatment and will still be charged in full.​

Agreement

By booking an appointment with MMT aesthetics via Clear Skin Clinic, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and consent to charges being applied in line with these terms.
