Gift Card Terms & Conditions:​

1. Validity
   Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless a different expiry date is clearly stated when they are issued. They must be redeemed before the expiry date shown.

2. Digital Delivery
   Gift cards are issued digitally and sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase. MMT aesthetics cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, spam filters, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Use with MMT Aesthetics
   Gift cards are issued solely by MMT aesthetics and may only be redeemed against eligible treatments or products provided directly by MMT aesthetics. Although we work alongside other practitioners, each operates as an independent business. Gift cards cannot be transferred to or redeemed with any other practitioner or business.

4. Booking and Redemption
   Appointments should be booked through our usual booking system. The digital gift card or gift-card code must be presented at the appointment and will be redeemed against the final amount due at checkout. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

5. Part-Payments and Remaining Balances
   Gift cards may be partially redeemed. If the cost of a treatment or product is less than the available gift-card value, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used toward another eligible purchase before the expiry date. Gift-card balances cannot be split or transferred to another gift card or person.

6. Additional Payments
   If the cost of a treatment or product is more than the available gift-card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

7. Consultations and Treatment Suitability
   All treatments are subject to availability, consultation requirements, medical suitability, and any applicable age restrictions. Possession of a gift card does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be suitable for the recipient. If the preferred treatment is not appropriate, the balance may be used toward another eligible treatment or product provided directly by MMT aesthetics.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
   Appointments booked with the intention of using a gift card remain subject to our standard Cancellation & No-Show Policy. Where a cancellation or no-show charge applies, it may be deducted from the gift-card balance. If the balance does not cover the full charge, the remaining amount may be payable separately.

9. Refunds and Cash Value
   Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or refunded once purchased, except where required by law. Online purchases remain subject to any cancellation rights provided under UK consumer law, although these rights may be affected once a gift card has been redeemed in whole or in part.

10. Lost or Deleted Gift Cards
    If a digital gift card is lost, deleted, or not received, please contact us. After verifying the purchaser’s name, email address, and proof of purchase, we can resend a copy to the purchaser or intended recipient.

11. Unauthorised Use
    Gift-card details should be kept secure. MMT aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for a gift card that has been shared or used without the purchaser’s or recipient’s permission.

12. Offers and Promotions
    Unless clearly stated otherwise, gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion, discount code, package, or special offer. Complimentary or promotional gift cards may have separate expiry dates and conditions, which will be communicated when they are issued.

13. Changes to These Terms
    MMT aesthetics may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when a gift card was purchased will normally apply to that gift card.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
