To ensure the best experience for every client and to maintain a safe, professional environment, we kindly ask that you follow these rules when visiting Clear Skin Clinic (home of MMT aesthetics):
FAIRNESS
While we value and build strong relationships with our clients, please understand that these policies are in place to protect our business. Like everyone else, we have bills to pay and mouths to feed. This policy applies equally to all clients, regardless of how long you’ve been with us.
Appointments & Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their appointment slot and will still be charged in full. 
- 
Children are not permitted in the clinic at any time due to insurance and safety regulations. 
- 
Last-minute childcare issues that affect your appointment will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. 
- 
Guests are welcome to wait in the waiting area, but they may not enter treatment rooms without prior agreement. 
Medical & Treatment Suitability
- 
You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent treatments before booking and at each appointment. 
- 
Failure to disclose may result in treatment refusal, with your booking fee being lost. 
- 
Pre- and post-treatment advice must be followed. If treatment cannot proceed due to non-compliance, charges will still apply. 
Behaviour & Conduct
- 
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour. Such behaviour will result in refusal of service and possible removal from our client list. 
- 
As a professional, medical-grade clinic, we kindly ask clients to maintain appropriate behaviour at all times. 
Payments & Refunds
- 
All booking fees are non-refundable. 
- 
Packages, courses, and special offers are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. 
- 
No refunds will be issued once a treatment has been carried out. 
Clinic Rights
- 
Clear Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel appointments if necessary (e.g., staff illness, device maintenance, or emergencies). In such cases, booking fees will be transferred to a new appointment. 
- 
We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website. 
Agreement
By booking an appointment with MMT aesthetics via Clear Skin Clinic, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and consent to charges being applied in line with these terms.
